    Henry founded Phantom Technology Solutions in 2010 after recognizing that small Indiana businesses deserved the same quality of IT support as large enterprises. He leads client strategy, vCIO engagements, and sets the standard for how PhantomTS operates. Beyond PhantomTS, Henry holds leadership roles on the GTIA Cybersecurity Executive Council and the GTIA Global Leadership Committee, mentors MSP operators across North America, and is a co-founder of both the Rocket Fuel Factory (RFF) — an accelerator for MSP operators and vendors — and The Tech Degenerates, a peer community built for MSP operators.
