Henry Timm
Founder, Phantom Technology Solutions
"I started PhantomTS because I believed small Indiana businesses deserved the same quality of IT support that large enterprises take for granted — without the runaround or the corporate price tag. Fifteen years later, that's still what drives everything we do."
With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Henry founded Phantom Technology Solutions in 2010 in Rolling Prairie, Indiana. He specializes in cybersecurity strategy and MSP operations, leads all vCIO engagements, and sets the standard for how PhantomTS serves clients. Beyond PhantomTS, Henry holds leadership roles on the GTIA Cybersecurity Executive Council and the GTIA Global Leadership Committee, mentors MSP operators across North America, and is a co-founder of both the Rocket Fuel Factory (RFF) — an accelerator for MSP operators and vendors — and The Tech Degenerates, a peer community built for MSP operators.
PhantomTS has been named to CRN's MSP 500 for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024).
