Phantom Technology Solutions works with vendors, software providers, distributors, and technology partners who support our clients and our team.

If you would like to introduce your organization for potential consideration, please complete the vendor intake form below. Submissions are reviewed by the appropriate team based on the products, services, or partnership opportunities being presented. We review new submissions monthly.
Approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Have your security, compliance, and AI documentation ready. Optional uploads of your SOC 2 report, security questionnaire, and certificate of insurance can speed up review.
What we look for
Verified security.
SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 for any product that stores or processes client data, plus annual third-party penetration testing.
Strong identity controls.
MFA enforced on every admin and partner portal, and SSO support (SAML or OIDC).
Software supply-chain integrity.
Signed agents and updates, protected build and release pipelines, and a published vulnerability disclosure process.
Transparent AI.
A clear account of what the AI does, where data is processed, and a commitment not to train on customer data.
Fair commercial terms.
Clear MSP pricing, an NFR for internal testing, reasonable terms, and a clean data-export path at exit.
Real MSP fit.
Integration with the platforms MSPs actually run, and references from MSPs of similar size.
Vendors that do not meet these standards are unlikely to move forward.
A few things to know
- Completing this form does not guarantee a meeting, partnership, or vendor approval.
- We prioritize vendors that align with our service standards, security requirements, and client needs.
- New submissions are reviewed monthly. Due to the volume of vendor outreach we receive, we may not respond to every submission.
- Each organization may submit once per product. Updated information should be submitted through the same form using the same company domain, and it will update the existing record.
- Vendors that are declined may resubmit after 12 months.
- All vendor communications begin through this process.
To keep our team focused on supporting clients, we do not accept unsolicited sales calls, calendar invitations, LinkedIn outreach, direct prospecting, or vendor bookings through client or prospect scheduling links. All vendor introductions must begin through this intake form. If there is a business need, the appropriate member of our team will reach out.
