    Agreement to Terms

    You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

    • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
    • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
    • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
    • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
    • To submit false or misleading information

    User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    Service Level Agreements

    Specific service level agreements, including uptime guarantees, response times, and performance metrics, are detailed in separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided with your service contract.

    Payment Terms

    Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:

    • Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
    • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
    • Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue balances
    • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

    Intellectual Property Rights

    The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Phantom Technology Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    Confidentiality

    We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our business relationship.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phantom Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

    Warranty Disclaimer

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our services and return any confidential information.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
